LEGIC El Salvador (Valdivieso & Associates) was founded in 1974 and offers consulting services to public and private entities, specializing in corporate legal services for companies in the private sector.
The main focus of the firm is to advise international businesses. Our corporate and dispute resolution department supports clients in identifying business opportunities in Central America and the United States, as well as coordinating international transactions in Central and South America, Mexico, the United States, and Europe. To encourage and support our clients’ international business, we are active members of the main binational chambers of commerce in El Salvador.
